However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund policy.

1. Online Courses

• Refund Request Window: Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of course purchase.

• Eligibility: A refund is only eligible if less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.

• Process: To request a refund, email us at namaste@pranastories.in . Please include your name, course name, and reason for refund.

• Cancellations by Organizer: If we cancel or reschedule an online course, participants may opt for a full refund or transfer the amount to a future event.

2. Offline Workshops

• Cancellations by User: Refunds are possible if cancellation is made at least 3 days before the workshop.

• Cancellations by Organizer: If we cancel or reschedule a workshop, participants may opt for a full refund or transfer the amount to a future event.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• No refund will be provided for missed sessions, partial attendance, or failure to use course material within the access period.

• Customized programs or private mentorship sessions are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

4. Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from approval, back to the original payment
method.
