materials, and graphics) is the intellectual property of Prana Stories or its respective authors and
may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without explicit permission.

5. Payments and Fees
All prices for courses and workshops are listed on the platform. By enrolling, you agree to pay the
fees in full. Payment gateways used are subject to their own terms and conditions.

 

Pricing Plans

Participants may opt for Recurring payment plans to access the course content.

Timely Payments Required
Access to the course is conditional upon successful and timely recurring payments as per the chosen plan.

Non-Payment Clause
If a participant fails to make the scheduled payment(s), their course access will be automatically cancelled without prior notice.

Re-Enrolment Option
Users whose access has been cancelled due to non-payment may re-join the course by registering again using a different email address and initiating a new payment plan.

No Guarantee of Previous Progress
Rejoining with a new email may not retain previous course progress or access history.

Platform Rights Reserved
The platform reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate access based on payment compliance.

6. Cancellations and Refunds
Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

7. Modifications to Courses and Content
We reserve the right to change, update, or discontinue any course or feature on the platform at our
sole discretion without notice.

8. Code of Conduct
Users are expected to engage respectfully with instructors and fellow learners. Hate speech,
abusive language, or disruptive behavior may result in suspension or banning from the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability
Prana Stories shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
resulting from your use of the platform or reliance on its content.

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India, and any
disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
